みこのズボラ飯 – 明太子豆腐丼
又是懶人飯。 這個是從《花之懶人料理》中學到的。 先把日本豆腐搓碎(因為我不想搓豆腐,所以切粒), 把豆腐放在熱飯上面,加上明太子, 再加上蔥(因為我不能吃蔥,於是加上芝麻和黑椒增添味道)。 最後加上已融化的牛油! 吃的時候把所有食材拌勻,熱呼呼的白飯和軟滑的豆腐, 再加上鹹香的明太子,讓人回味無窮! 簡單的做法也能做出美味的食物, 下次又會有甚麼懶人飯呢……?

一個人在家,家中又沒有食材,晚飯怎麼辦? 在粥店買了一袋炒麵,回家翻熱時,心想再加點味道就好了。 雪櫃沒有炒麵醬,只有日式薄餅醬,加一點薄餅醬在炒麵中炒熱。 加上QP醬、芝麻,再加上煎蛋,就變成不一樣的炒麵了。 如果再加一些椰菜,應該會更美味。 現成買回來的食物,只要花上少許時間和心機, 就可以成為更好的美食。
