懶人午餐
夏日炎炎,不想做很多功夫就可以食到美食,有方法嗎? 我們一起來吃簡便快餐吧! 今天,我們懶人午餐是︰焗荷蘭連枝車厘茄、牛油果焗蛋配肉桂蛋白西多士。 材料很簡單︰牛油果、連枝蕃茄、雞蛋、麵包。 準備︰先預熱焗爐或多士爐。 蕃茄洗淨,牛油果開半,放上焗盤。 雞蛋打開,蛋黃放入牛油果中,蛋白備用。 牛油果和蕃茄灑上鹽和黑椒調味,再在蕃茄上淋上少許Olive oil。 放入已預熱的焗爐焗5至10分鐘。 這個時候,開始準備做西多士。 蛋白加少許肉桂和糖稍稍打發。 (不喜歡肉桂的話可不用落肉桂糖) 麵包切條,沾上蛋白,放入平底鑊煎至金黃色。 上碟,食得! 蛋黃焗至半熟,和軟滑的牛油果味道超配。 西多士可以配茅屋芝士伴著吃, 不過我喜歡吃甜的, 所以我加上少許蜜糖做甜食。 大家就來試試這個懶人餐吧~
